1. Load Requirements

Load Capacity: What is the maximum weight of the goods you need to transport? It is recommended to include a buffer of approximately 20% over the maximum weight. This ensures the vehicle does not consistently operate at full capacity, thereby extending its service life.

Platform Size: What are the length, width, and height dimensions of your goods? The platform size must be sufficient to accommodate the goods and provide necessary tie-down points or safety margins.

2. Usage Environment

Indoor or Outdoor Use? For indoor use, consider aisle width, elevator/doorway dimensions. For outdoor use, consider road surface conditions (concrete, unpaved ground, slopes).

Ground Flatness: Is the ground surface level, and are there any trenches, tracks, or unevenness? This directly influences the required ground clearance and type of tires.

Environmental Requirements: Are there any special needs such as explosion-proofing, water resistance (e.g., in spray painting workshops, damp environments), or low noise levels (e.g., in clean rooms)?

3. Operational Frequency & Distance

Single-trip Distance & Frequency? This determines the battery capacity and range requirements.
