Selection Principle
Industry of use, starting, inching times /h, daily practical time h. It must be noted: light crane. Starting and inching are gn/10-80 times /h, gn/2-40 times /h, gn/1-15-20 times /h, times /h ÷ 2 under high temperature of 50 ºC and severe environment.
Precautions
At the operation site, when the crane stops operation, the user shall lock the crane in time.
There is no wire above the main switch of the crane. It is strictly prohibited to lift high-temperature molten liquid, flammable, explosive, corrosive, overloaded, dust and other dangerous operations.
Package and Delivery
Packaging:
1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying;
2. Main beams, end beams and electric hoist are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion when transport.
Shipping:
(1) If the size of whole crane are suitable for container ship, usually by container;
(2) If the size is too big, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation;
(3) Transport ways are based on reducing cost for you and keep the crane performance.
