Materials and Construction: The housing is typically made of impact-resistant aluminum alloy or stainless steel. Joint surfaces employ special flameproof gap structures to prevent internal explosions from propagating externally.
Safety Protections: Equipped with dual braking systems (electromagnetic and mechanical brakes), overload protection, phase sequence protection, and limit switches.
Defined Protection Rating: The device carries a clear explosion-proof marking (e.g., Ex d IIB T4 Gb). Selection must strictly match the class, zone, and temperature group of the hazardous area.
