Frame: As the basic support structure of the electric flat car, it is mostly made of high-strength steel or aluminum alloy. It has sufficient strength and stability to carry the weight of the flat car itself and the weight of the transported goods, ensuring a stable connection of the various components during operation.
Drive system: This system is the core part of the electric flat car, which is mainly composed of motors, reducers, transmission shafts and other components. The electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, generating driving force; The reducer is responsible for adjusting the speed and torque, so that the flat car can obtain the appropriate running speed and traction capacity; The propeller shaft transmits power to the wheels, driving the flat car forward, backward and steering.
Battery pack (for battery-powered type): In battery-powered electric flat cars, the battery pack provides energy for vehicle operation. Common types of batteries are lead-acid batteries and lithium-ion batteries. Lead-acid batteries have a relatively low cost, while lithium-ion batteries have the advantages of high energy density and strong endurance.

Wheels and bearings: Wheels are responsible for carrying the weight of flat cars as well as the weight of transported goods, and are usually made of high-strength, wear-resistant materials. The bearing is installed between the wheel and the axle, which can effectively reduce the frictional resistance when the wheel rotates and ensure the smooth operation of the flat car.
Control system: Through various controllers and sensors, the precise control of the running state of the flat car is realized. The operator can start, stop, forward, backward, speed regulation and other operations of the flat car through the control system. At the same time, the sensor can monitor the running speed, position, power and other parameters of the flat car in real time to ensure the safe and stable operation of the flat car.
Electrical system: In addition to the battery pack and drive motor, the electrical system also includes various electrical components, such as contactors, relays, fuses, etc. These components are responsible for controlling the on/off of circuits, protecting electrical equipment from faults such as overload and short circuit, and ensuring the normal operation of the electrical system.
