The MH single girder gantry crane (truss type) adopts a truss structure design and consists of the main beam, support legs, bottom beam, traveling mechanism, hoisting mechanism, and electrical system. It is a light to medium-duty rail-mounted crane. The main beam and support legs are welded from angle steel, channel steel, or steel pipes. The hoisting mechanism uses a CD1/MD1 electric wire rope hoist, paired with a traveling trolley that runs back and forth along the lower flange of the main beam. The main control methods include pendant control, wireless remote control, and cabin operation. The whole crane features a compact structure, light deadweight, strong wind resistance, and easy installation and maintenance.
