Product Introduction
The Yufei European single-girder gantry crane consists of a main girder, a low-headroom European electric hoist, legs, lower crossbeams and a travelling system. The crane runs on rails laid on the ground, and cantilevers can be added on one or both sides of the main girder.
Compared with conventional gantry cranes, the European single-girder gantry crane adopts an optimized main girder design, three-in-one geared motors and a compact European hoist. As a result, it has lower dead weight, lower wheel loads and lower energy consumption, and it also places lower requirements on the plant foundation and civil works.

Main Girder
Material: Q355B / Q235B steel plate
It carries the electric hoist and the load, and serves as the main load-bearing structure of the crane. It adopts a low-profile box-type design, featuring a compact structure, light dead weight, high strength and small deflection.
Legs
Material: Q235B / Q355B steel plate
The legs support the main girder and transfer the load to the lower crossbeams and rails. They are available in A-type / L-type configurations and are connected to the main girder and lower crossbeams with high-strength bolts, which facilitates transportation and installation.
Lower Crossbeam
Material: Q235B / Q355B steel plate
The lower crossbeam supports the legs, accommodates the travelling wheels, and drives the whole crane along the rails. It is equipped with an integrated wheel assembly and a three-in-one geared motor, featuring a compact structure, low wheel load and smooth travelling.
Hoisting Mechanism
European wire rope electric hoist, responsible for lifting and handling the load. It adopts a compact low-headroom design with variable-frequency drive, providing smooth lifting, precise positioning and easy maintenance.
