Overall flameproof safety design
The hoisting motor, trolley motor, electric control box, limit switches, and cable connectors are all equipped with independent flameproof enclosures. The enclosures can withstand internal explosions, preventing sparks and high-temperature fragments from igniting combustible gas mixtures in the workshop.
The travelling wheels are specially treated with anti-friction spark technology, eliminating metal impact sparks when the bridge and trolley travel on the rails.
The lifting core adopts an explosion-proof wire rope electric hoist, and all hoist components have passed explosion-proof inspection and are qualified.
Stable and compact structure
The whole crane adopts a box-type structure with high rigidity and a compact design. It requires low workshop headroom, has low wheel pressure, low operating noise, and relatively light dead weight. It is suitable for projects with limited height clearance or for upgrading old workshop buildings.
