Before work
1. Check the brakes, hooks, wire ropes and safety devices and other components according to the requirements of the inspection card, and if any abnormal phenomena are found, they should be eliminated first.
2. The operator must confirm that there is no one on the platform or track before turning off the main power supply. When the power circuit breaker is locked or there is a sign, the main power supply can be closed only after the original person concerned removes it.
Work
1. When lifting heavy objects for the first time in each shift (or when the load reaches the maximum weight), the heavy objects should be put down again after the height of 0.5 meters from the ground, and the brake performance should be checked to confirm that it is reliable before normal operation.
2. During the operation, the operator shall ring the alarm for the following operations according to the regulations.
(1) Lifting and landing heavy objects; When driving large and small cars. Gantry crane
(2) When the crane is driving in a clear line of sight, it should continuously ring the alarm alarm;
(3) When the crane travels close to another crane in the span.
(4) When lifting heavy objects close to personnel.
3. The operation should be carried out according to the unified command signal.
4. When there is a sudden power failure during work, all the controller handles should be placed in the "zero" position, and the crane should be checked to see if the action is normal before re-working.
5. In the normal operation of the crane and small car, it is strictly forbidden to brake and stop the vehicle; When changing the direction of movement of large and small cars, the handle must be placed in the "zero" position, so that the mechanism can be completely stopped before it can be driven in reverse.
6. For cranes with two hooks, when the main and auxiliary hooks are replaced and the height of the two hooks is similar, the main and auxiliary hooks must be operated separately to avoid the two hooks colliding.
7. The crane with two hooks is not allowed to lift two objects at the same time; Adjust the hoisting mechanism brake when it is not working.
8. It is not allowed to use the limit position limiter to stop, and it is strictly forbidden to adjust the brake of the lifting mechanism under the condition of load.
9. Strictly implement the system of "ten non-hanging":
(1) The command signal is unclear or the command is chaotic;
(2) Do not hang when the rated lifting capacity is exceeded;
(3) The use of the spreader is unreasonable or the object is not tied firmly;
(4) There are people or other floating objects on the hanging object are not hanged;
(5) If the brake or other braking safety device fails, it will not be hoisted;
(6) Do not hang when the crane hangs heavy objects directly for processing;
(7) Hanging crookedly and diagonally;
(8) Explosive objects are not hoisted;
(9) Do not pull out the objects buried in the ground;
(10) Objects with angular and corner mouths, not padded and not hanging;
10. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately, check the cause and eliminate it in time.
After work
1. Raise the hook to a certain height, stop the cart and trolley at the designated position, and place the controller handle in the "zero" position; Pull down the handle of the switch of the protection box to cut off the power supply.
2. Carry out daily maintenance.
3. Do a good job of handover.
