1. Lubrication
The working performance and life of the various mechanisms of the crane largely depend on lubrication.
When lubricating, the maintenance and lubrication of mechanical and electrical products refer to their own instructions, and grease should be injected once a week for traveling carts and crane trusses. The winch is filled with industrial gear oil (SY1172-80) 200, and the oil level height should be checked frequently and replenished in time.
2. Wire rope
The commonly used varieties are phosphate-coated wire rope, galvanized wire rope and smooth wire rope, and attention should be paid to the inspection of wire rope breakage, wear and corrosion. If there is a broken wire, broken strand or abrasion reaches the scrapping standard, the new rope should be replaced in time.
3. Spreader
The spreader must be inspected regularly.
4. Pulley block
Mainly check the wear of the rope groove, whether the rim is cracked and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.
5. Wheels
Regularly inspect the rim and tread, and replace the wheel with a new one when the wear or chipping of the rim part reaches 10% thickness.
When the difference in the diameter of the two driving wheels on the tread exceeds D/600, or when there are serious injuries on the tread, the car should be re-lighted.
6. Brakes
It should be inspected once per shift.
The brake should act accurately, and the pin shaft should not be stuck. The brake shoe should fit the brake wheel correctly, and the brake shoe clearance should be equal when the brake is released.
