Product Introduction
The double girder crane end carriage is the core load-bearing component of the bridge structure of a double-girder overhead crane or a double-girder gantry crane. It connects the ends of the two main girders to form an integral bridge framework, withstands the vertical loads, horizontal inertial forces and impact loads transmitted by the main girders, and simultaneously serves as the mounting base for the travel mechanism, enabling the longitudinal movement of the crane along the workshop rail.

End carriage frame : Usually adopts a box-shaped structure welded from steel plates such as upper and lower cover plates and web plates, with internal stiffening ribs to ensure rigidity and stability. It can also be fabricated from structural shapes such as rectangular steel tubes. For ease of transportation and installation, a modular design in sections is often adopted, connected by connecting plates and high-strength bolts. |
