Follow a cycle from frequent to less frequent, performing inspections and maintenance of varying depths.

Daily / Pre-operation

Structural Connections: Check key welds and connecting bolts of main steel structures (main girder, support legs, launching nose) for looseness or cracks.

Wire Ropes & Lifting Gear: Inspect wire ropes for broken wires, wear, deformation; check lifting gear, shackles for cracks or permanent deformation.

Brakes & Limiters: Test the effectiveness of brakes for all mechanisms (hoisting, traveling, luffing); verify the sensitivity and reliability of all travel limiters and overload limiters.

Hydraulic System: Check pumps, valves, cylinders, pipelines for leaks; check hydraulic oil tank level.

Safety Devices: Inspect anemometer, emergency stop buttons, alarm devices, guardrails for proper condition.

Weekly / Monthly

Comprehensive Lubrication: Apply the specified grease/oil to all lubrication points (e.g., wire ropes, bearings, gears, hinges) per the manual.

Electrical System: Check cables for damage, aging; ensure terminals in electrical cabinets are tight; remove dust.

Hydraulic Oil Check: Observe the cleanliness of hydraulic oil; filter or replace if necessary.

Quarterly / Semi-annually

In-depth Inspection: Have professionals conduct more detailed non-destructive testing on main load-bearing structural components.

System Calibration: Calibrate safety devices (e.g., overload protector); test the pressure stability of the hydraulic system.

Wear Part Replacement: Replace consumable parts that have reached scrap standards, such as wire ropes, tires, brake pads.

Annually / Overhaul Period

Complete Disassembly & Inspection: Disassemble, inspect, clean, and replace worn bearings and seals in major assemblies like the hoisting mechanism, traveling mechanism, and slewing mechanism.

Structural Rectification: Check main steel structures for permanent deformation and perform necessary repair or reinforcement.

System Oil Change: Replace all hydraulic oil and gear oil.

Long-term Storage

Parking Environment: Choose a flat, solid, well-drained site. Retract support legs and pad wheels or tracks off the ground.

Comprehensive Protection: Apply anti-rust grease to all exposed hydraulic cylinder piston rods, wire ropes, machined mating surfaces. Cover with tarpaulin.

Regular Activation: Every 1-2 months, run all mechanisms under no load for a period to prevent component aging due to inactivity.
